All rooms have television, tea and coffee facilities.

Pets are welcome.

Packed lunches are available together with a hot (or cold) flask service.

Smoking is not allowed in the house but there is an undercover area outside.

The Buck Inn is approximately one mile from the house for evening meals and transport is available.

We offer a free pick up service from Carlton Bank top or Clay Bank or even The Sun Inn for those doing the North Yorkshire Inns Way.

Washing and drying facilities.

We have a mud room so that when walkers arrive wet and muddy they can come into the warmth to take their boots off and no one cares about the mess.

WiFi internet access With speeds in excess of 20 mb/s is available and there is also a computer available for those who don't have their own.

Tracks of local walks suitable for Garmin GPS and Satmap are available.

There is secure storage for mountain bikes.

There are power wash facilities for cleaning those muddy bikes.
