Excellent. 10 out of 10 (11 out of 10 in some regards). Stuart and Judy are lovely people and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean, everything works, and the cooked breakfast was definitely a contender for

Stayed 30th July 2010. A lovely setting and a super B&B. Stuart and Judy have got their place just right. Judy's breakfasts are superb (special mention for the porridge!).

Most B&Bs allocated on my 14 day Coast to Coast walk were satisfactory to good; a couple were poor - this was undoubtedly the best.

The view from the room was one of the best, and the set up was good as there was a nice place to sit and read if wished. Stuart and Judy are very friendly and helpful, this was definitely a favourite place to stay, and I would recommend it.
